I have used a few oils in the past, but I have never tried Rosemary. I sometimes have a really bad restless leg syndrome at night and cannot sleep at all. I have tried pretty much everything! I researched and found Rosemary can help with sciatic pain, so I thought it would be worth a shot. My husband rubbed the whole area using coconut oil as my carrier. The rosemary smells AMAZING. After he fully rubbed the area, I laid there for just a little bit hoping it would “penetrate” down into the nerve.
I noticed a significant difference within a few days of using. I have also recently started putting this in my bathwater with some Epsom salt. I noticed I don’t get quite as many headaches, as I was getting one every afternoon. I also read this is really good to sinus infections, and my husband gets them a lot. I will be very curious to see if this helps and I will be back to update.
